Multi-therapeutic Approach
Each phase of development brings specific challenges for children. They tend to work through these as a normal part of growth. Mental health conditions can make these challenges harder. They may occur due to events in a child’s life. Every child responds differently to life changes.
When children reach adolescence, more changes occur which can affect more than the teens themselves. Families can be affected by the behaviour of a teenager causing strife and conflict in the home. As teens seek independence, making good choices, building responsible habits and positive relationships can be difficult. Let me help.

Senior Concerns

Our elderly are our greatest assets to our culture and society. They have seen, learned, and experienced more than younger generations are willing to admit. They are often overlooked and undervalued. I hope to change that. Through therapy, we will reflect, talk, and gain insight into issues that may be troubling them.
